A toddler in the city

The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is a MUST if you are looking for free activity to do with your toddlers (or young kids). Every weekend, kiddos, parents and grand-parents make crafts, have fun in the family lounge and stroll around the museum.

We had a lovely time with my father...I think the last time he did a craft was probably 30 years ago. His bunny eyes had so much glue that it looked like it had pink eye ;)

Alice got a pixie...and a stylish cardigan made by mamie Rachel.
She also thinks that I'm a paparazzi because whenever I take my camera she tells me: "maman, pas de photo" (mom, no picture) and runs away!!!

Gift for a doula

You know you are a doula when your coworkers give you a "pregnant lady" wooden puzzle as a gift.
Alice and I love it!

A toddler in the city

A few weeks ago, we visited the Ecomuseum in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue with my mom. It was a beautiful fall day...now, we are covered in snow. I hope the silly raccoons are still warm and cozy ;)

Halloween - part 2

Alice - Pierrot circa 1982

My mom made my very first Halloween costume 30 years ago.
Today, Alice is strolling around our hood in the very same costume.
Yeah, my mom rocks.
Je t'aime maman xox

+ an interesting article Halloween: when did it become so gory?
