After weeks of intense
event planing (
thank you so much for your nice words of encouragement...it means the world to me!!!), when the stress of screwing up is finally gone, it is common for me to get sick...nothing serious...just a silly little cold! Yesterday, with the smell of lobster still in my hair, I woke up to a runny nose. So why not carry my (many) tissues in style? A while ago I found a very simple travel tissue holder
tutorial. In less than 30 minutes, using my new hand screen printed owl fabric from
mikodesign, I was ready to step ouside with my new accessory. It almost makes me happy to sneeze ;)

I LOVE that fabric! Very cute indeed. Feel better!
That is so cute. I think that I've seen the same tutorial...but haven't had the time to make it yet. I have 1001 things going on in my head and on my sewing table right now...but possibly soon! Hmmm!
Hi Claudia. Your lobster extravaganza sounds like it was quite amazing! Hope you can now relax. I love the owl tissue holder. I've just done a post on quick tutorials and I didn't know about that one. I'll add it to the list!
Hope you fight off the cold quick - lovely tissue holder.
Cutely done! I have a cold right now and that looks a heck of a lot better than th wad of tissues I'm carrying around. Off to check out the tutorial.
What a cute tissue holder!
Very stylish tissue holder - hope your cold is better!
I love it Clo, and the fabric is adorable. So glad you made it through the lobster fest and I hope you are feeling better soon.
I love the tissue holder - the little birds are just great. I hope that the post-event illness doesn't last too long - I guess it's not a long time till vacation!
I've been sneezing all morning. Uh-oh.
Also, I love the tissue holder. The owls are super cute.
Hi Brian! Greenies are great! You will really like them. They have them for every size dog and even cats like them. (Ask your vet about the cats though).
That was so cute to send a comment to Tessa from Brian! :)
So glad you made it through the Great Lobster Dinner!
