Barcelona

My latest sewing project: Amy Butler's Barcelona skirt in denim, obviously! Because a girl can't have too much denim clothes...especially with polka dots lining :)

When I made mine, I wondered if it would look good in denim - you've answered my question - it looks wonderful!
Bravo you. I bet those polka dots make you smile every time you see them.

Looks great Claudia, the red tights and cute lining take it to a whole other level!

Beautiful. You really are quite talented. I'm curious about the pattern. Where does it sit on you (at, above, or below the waste?) Does it run pretty true to size? Ever since I had children, things never seem to fit me right. I'm a US size 10 in hips but not in the waste. So fitting my lower half is a bit of a challenge.

Did you receive the pattern for the squirrel I sent you?

Love the Skirt! How clever you are. I am so happy that you and Dan and the little beasties that live with you will all be moving into your own bigger place. That will be so cool! I love my House and thankfully we have been able to hold onto it during this housing crisis issue. Best of luck to you.
