It's getting there!

I just finished 6 ornaments and I need to make a total of 11! Why, oh, why did I choose to make cross-stitch ornaments for the swap? The worst thing is that I started to tell myself that I better get nice ornaments since I put so much efforts into mine. Well, we all know that it doesn't work like that.

I decided to send the ones that I made just in case the cat or the dog wants to eat and/or claw them ;) I hope that everything will be done by Wednesday!

Oh those are lovely Claudia!

I just wish I would have signed up for the swap when you told me about it... I waited too long and missed the deadline. Maybe next year.

These are so cute Clo! I may have to steal the idea for next year. Can you e-mail me the pattern or is it on your side bar? Also, how did you finish the back?

Did you get my latest e-mail? The Doctor is calling me a MIRACLE Patient since I am months ahead of where he's seen other patients. However, it will still be a long road! Great job on the cross-stitch. I have your Dove hanging right next to the Christmas tree and it looks so festive. You should make those for a swap at christmas. Very Festive!

Absolutely adorable.

BTW, from your last post I thought I should recommend Verity. I just finished mine a few days ago and it's the only hat I've knit for myrself and LOVE.

Those are amazing and anyone who gets one of those in their swap will be over the moon.

I'm going to write some more about zines on my blog soon- so I hope to explain all about them to you then!

I think those are very nice ornaments and whatever you get in return at least you'll know you gave a classy gift and did it right. I hope you get fabulous ornaments in return though!

Great ornaments, what a work!

Thanks for your reply on my blog: Ballee.
About Sintekerst: that's a selfmade word. We (in NL) have Sinterklaas on 5th december. A party for children with gifts. And Christmas: Kerstmis.
In my family we combine these two festivities in SinteKerst.
Got it?!
Is there a special day in your family?

You sounded a little stressed, but my goodness those are the cutest ornaments ever! Maybe you and hubby should watch a holiday movie and drink some spiked eggnog to calm the nerves....
