As you probably know, I live in Canada. And in my part of Canada, it is freaking cold in winter (-30C / -22F). You can also add the fact that we don't have a car and that we walk to do, well, everything.
So I was at my desk, quietly looking at different options to keep my baby warm next winter, when I realized that something was different in my mouth. At first with my tongue and then with my finger, I felt a little pointy thing! No! It can't be? It would be the worst timing ever! I'm not 100% sure but I think that at the age of 31 minus a few days...I just got my very first wisdom tooth!
After I took my apointment to the dentist (next tuesday), I went back to my computer and decided that I should eventually invest in a 7 A.M. Enfant Le sac igloo ‘LS 500’. It is a little expensive but, to my opinion, totally worth it if you live in a place like Montreal!

We had a (slightly less deluxe) version of these for in the pram. It was marvellous. You are such a good baby shopper!
Paie un peu plus et achete la version transformable.
Tu vas en acheter juste 1 au lieu de 2...
Avoir su avant c'est ce que j'aurais fait.
Et il est moins cher chez Bébé dépôt que en ligne.
I was born in North Dakota and while there wasn't much to walk to in our little town, when we did go out for a walk we had a little sleigh type of sled that sit in in our snow suits and wrap blankets all around us for the ride while my dad pulled us down the snowy street (which of course was a dirt road!).
IT's gorgeous! Lucky warm baby. Worth every penny.
oh no... how scary! i'm 31 (plus lots of days), and i thought that since i've yet to have a wisdom tooth come in, i was free and clear for life. :/
i kind of want to invest in one of those too, and i live in california where it would probably never be used. it's just so cute, though.
It looks supercomfy. I use a lambswool sherling winter bag for my pram here in Norway *most people use that or a do(n/filled one) and I can highly recommend that. These natural fiber provide excellent warmth even down to -20/30, are easy to clean and breathe really well.....we use the lambskin in the summer too. We have a fleece-lined bag for our travel-stroller and I find that very often my daughter got wet with sweat using it as it did not breathe so well....but that bag was definitely not high-end so hopefully you won't have that problem
Love this! I think it would be worth every penny for your little one--if I lived in Montreal I'd be wearing a down snowsuit myself for much of the year! I was there last in October and I nearly froze to death--much, much colder than Toronto (I am so wimpy when it comes to the cold though!).
