A (silly) love story

Some people believe in love at first sight. Some people think that love only happens when two people share a connection on an emotional level. Well, let me tell you the story of Mr. Tweeder ('cause he's made out of tweed, duh!), the proof that love at first sight really exists! Mr. Tweeder was lonely...living a life that he didn't like (as a tweed vest!). One day, while "surfing" Das Kaninchen's blog, Mr. Tweeder layed eyes on the most beautiful creature he has ever seen. Feminine, delicate, sophisticated and extremely fashionable...it was love at first sight. His life suddenly had a new meaning, he was happy! But like Romeo and Juliet, their destiny had a tragic ending...they had no wings and lived in different countries! So the moral of this story, birds softies should have wings.

UPDATE: Oh, the wings are on the sides and we don't see them because he his sitting! Knowing that, Mr. Tweeder is now waiting for his Canadian passport :) The end!!!

Note: the author of this story is tired and therefore silly!

He's great! Who needs another vest when you can have a Mr Tweeder?!

Such a sad story, poor Mr Tweeder! I love the shot of you taking his photo, I was just thinking when I saw the first photo how beautiful the lighting looked, and then scrolled down to see how you achieved it - thanks!

Mr Tweeder looks so serious, so snazzy! so glad he found true love, online, even, if only for a brief moment.

Your vest was looking so promising. I've had several of those rushing it botch-ups myself, at least you got gorgeous Mr. Tweedy out of it.

love the bird, but even better is your photography set up! you're cracking me up with the shoulder-balancing-lamp-without-lampshade trick...

Oh what a lovely bird. I love turning projects that didn't quite turn out the way I had hoped into something new and adorable.

You're amazing.

P.S. - I love the behind-the-scenes shot :)
